Current master README.md is not correct, as git submodules has been remove. This pull request resolves the following issues.

Updated README.md to include instructions for the installation of plugins via Vundle.

Added bundle/* to .gitignore removing all plugins from version control

Removed nerdtree-project-plugin from vimrc Vundle plugin list and deleted bundle/nerdtree-project-plugin.
