dot11 parsing errors

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. capture wireless monitor netdev with wireshark
2. read it with example/pcapdump: `main --decoder RadioTap -r captured.pcap`

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
pcapdump will write errors in the output.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
git master HEAD.

Please provide any additional information below.
