Add item to watchlist #2

As a user I want to be able to add an item to a watchlist so I can easily view what items are being watched.

Attributes:

Date added (auto add current date, editable if adding something from earlier)
Symbol
Name
Buy target
Sell target
Stop loss
Target timeframe
Source

Assumptions:

MVP all watchlists are public, if you create one anyone can see it
