Secret Network Fortress - Your Encrypted Document Vault and Inheritance Solution
Project Description
This is an application for the Secret Network Grant Program: Secret Apps. I aim to develop a decentralized application (DApp) on the Secret Network, named SecureDocs, designed to securely store encrypted documents with timed access functionality. This DApp leverages Secret Network's unique encryption capabilities to offer secure, private storage, and conditional access to sensitive information such as seed phrases, legal documents, and personal data, under predetermined conditions.
Having recently expanded my expertise into the blockchain domain, focusing on the Secret Network and Ethereum, I am excited about the potential impact and practical application of this DApp on the Secret Network.
Problem / Solution
The digital era demands robust mechanisms for storing sensitive data with layers of conditional access. SoloDev SecureDocs utilizes Secret Network’s encrypted metadata features to protect not just content but also access conditions, ensuring total privacy and security. This addresses the lack of secure, private storage solutions that offer timed or event-based document access.
Go-to-Market Plan
I plan to initially target communities concerned with digital inheritance and secure document storage, leveraging partnerships with legal and estate planning professionals. A freemium model will provide basic services, with premium features for subscription or one-time fees. I will also explore integrations with existing Secret Apps to expand the user base.
Value Capture for Secret Network Ecosystem
SecureDocs aims to increase the Secret Network's Total Value Locked (TVL) by attracting users seeking secure document storage solutions. The application will contribute to the network's transaction volume and user base, encouraging further development and adoption within the ecosystem.
