We want to build a community and https://github.com/HashLips has done an amazing job of that.
We want to start the conversation and we think there will be a flocking to the privacy use-cases of the Secret Network for NFTs uniquely in the industry that leads all technology revolutions, the Adult Industry.
We will need further support from the Foundation once we have hit our benchmarks outlined above.
There are multiple models for us to follow One would be a "Pay-to-Play" model such as https://nft-generator.art and lets not forget the recent notoriety of NFTs and Hollywood https://deadline.com/2022/01/quentin-tarantino-lawsuit-pulp-fiction-nft-auction-miramax-letter-1234907552
It's time to make a push.

2 years ago We will take all the input we can get on UI.
We are planning a CLI only API version as our first milestone in three months, so we can get feedback on functionality and focus on that and the hard parts first.
We might lean on the HashLips guy and get some of his team members involved. What have they learned and what would they do differently
We will certainly reach out to others in the Secret NFT community on types of UI that lend themselves to privacy enabled dapps.
As a developer, I would prefer https://vuejs.org/ over react, I feel more in control.

I brought this app up from a page-at-a-time C++ app when we bought it and we know we needed to wrap it into a "Client/Server" style architecture, a javaScript single page JavaScript app in 2012, Now that's the only way it is done.
Internetbrands bought it from a company in Boston and I was lead dev on the team that brought the databases in-house and re-architected the frontend.

I'm also interviewing for "Real" jobs and my wife will not believe I would give them up for a shot at this.
But, I would and I will.
I also realize there is a ton of basic leg work that I could have done, that @MedakaRiceFish and I haven't done yet and I'll talk to him about it.
This is very important to us, we will do some research to show what an important contribution this work will make to the SCRT community.
Monday (2/14) is great. Noon EST is 11am CST which works for me.

We love the idea of having the support of the Secret Network to create our dream of duplicating the HashLips community feel for SecretNFTs. We are confident we can draw from the HashLipps community for our UI/UX team members.
Hashlips has over 19,000 members in their Discord and about 9,000 followers on twitter.
If we can draw from and build on that community just 1/5 of that in the months following successful conclusion of this project we will be wildly successful and will be working with serious Artists/Developers who need the functionality offered by SecretNFTs and made easy to use by our project we will lobby for all of Hollywood to follow Tarantino's lead with SecretNFTs, the ... PrivateNFTDapp -- http://privatenftdapp.com ... way.
That's the domain I purchased. We will likely purchase others as we search for our Brand.

2 years ago This project will create a community around the following elements of the Hashlips ETH/Solana Art Engine Tool and build them out specifically for SNIP-721 and Secret NFT's.
Value capture will be taking several existing tutorials for create HashLips NFTs and reproducing them as SecretLips NFTs. This will demonstrate how it's done and give a larger audience exposure to a simple way of creating a secret NFT.

Project Description
This is an application for a grant programme: Secret Network Grant Program: Secret Apps
The project intent is to fork the Hashlips ETH/Solana Art Engine Tool and build it out specifically for SNIP-721 and Secret NFT's. There is lots and lots of upside for artists who dont have devs to use simple tooling. The plan is to build it into a web based interface to reach an even greater audience.
Josephy has been really into the Blockchain space and has seen many projects go live using tools like we mentioned above, who can't afford crazy dev rates.
Problem / Solution
NFT Artists don't currently have an easy layering solution/engine specific for SNIP-721. All art projects out there are built for Ethereum or Solana. To be as big as those markets, we need all kinds of easy tools to use.
Detailed product description
A user controlled .js NFT art engine with simple tooling instructions and web app interface similar to This Online Service. Our plan is to make the Secret NFT Engine available for anyone to use as a local copy, and then build a web application that will allow users to use our platform in a good UI display. The goal is to be able to then charge the pretty GUI users a % of their project by building the smart contract for them and include a % of project fee.

Development Roadmap
We will require 6 months to complete this project. We intend to have 1 developers full-time and 1 part-product Manager (later date hire), at a total cost of $30,000.
Example milestones:
Ideally receive payments in 2 disbursements, one at the beginning of the grant (Month 0, $15,000) to cover basic costs and the remaining (Month 3, $15,000) at the end when we publish the engine on github available for SCRT users.
We would be willing to consider part payment in SCRTs, up to 100%.
