Add Bitmex exchange #32

We have Bitmex in development. It requires more testing because some aspects of its api seem unconventional.

Bitmex has been added to release 0.4.0. However, we don't currently have historical data or support for leverage.

The support in Bitmex is not yet complete, this is reopened. Some of the issues:

  1. Problems in updating orders state: 
    exchange_blotter: Fetching exchange transactions again.
CCXT: unable to fetch order bitmex / 8f77c290-43a7-4be8-c6b7-6bc8d0bfece6: bitmex fetch_order() is not implemented yet
  2. Issues in defining base_currency: https://catalyst.enigma.co/t/bitmex-issues-in-live-trade/215

@lenak25 Have you had any luck getting Bitmex to work?

Hi @jzay , unfortunately we are currently working on higher priority features but we hope to get to it in the near future.

@redallica, we were prioritizing other features, so don't expect this to be in our next release. However due to the strong demand for Bitmex support we will higher its priority.
