Access denied to aws minute tar file for binance for atom_(any ticker) #556

example: https://s3.amazonaws.com/enigmaco/catalyst-bundles/exchange-binance/binance-minute-atom_bnb-2019-04.tar.gz yields 403

Also denied access for btc and usdt tickers on the minute scale
