For new developers: Added how to install dependencies and run the tests.

Thanks for your contribution @assafmo :) I've cherry picked your commits to improve_docs branch and opened #217 to merge it onto develop. If you'll have future improvements, please open a PR to merge them into the improve_docs branch and from there they'll find their way to develop and master branches.
