Could you open a support ticket on the Scrutinizer website (You should see a "?" button in the bottom right)? We have more context there, and can better troubleshoot this issue.

I opened a support ticket 2 weeks ago (with my account david@mouf-php.com) but haven't heard from you since. Is it being investigated? This is really a big problem for us.
I've added an update on your ticket.
At the end of an inspection, I'm not always receiving an e-mail.
With open-source projects hosted on Github, everything is running smoothly. At the end of an inspection, I get a mail.
With closed-source projects on the other end, the inspection is triggered, but I never receives a report, whatever my "push changes notification settings" are.
Note: Closed-source projects are hosted on a private Gitlab, and I'm triggering analysis through a hook and https://github.com/thecodingmachine/gitlab_scrutinizer_hook_adapter adapter.
Any idea what could be wrong? I don't think this is a spam issue as open-source projects inspections are correctly delivered.
Also, weekly mails are always correctly delivered.
