Thanks for reporting.

This is a problem with GitHub API rate limit. We are looking into how to solve these more reliably.

@schmittjoh I think this would work fine if I could at least use the --prefer-dist flag. It seems that when adding that it also adds the --prefer-source flag.

I just realised that there is now support for externally provided code coverage. This is great, thanks @schmittjoh
