Cryptic Spires is marked not legal in any format, contradicting other sources

Cryptic Spires is currently marked on Gatherer as not legal in any format.

This contradicts multiple other previous and contemporary sources:

• Collecting Double Masters 2022 and Product Overview states “Cryptic Spires is legal in any Commander deck.”
• In a Double Masters 2 unboxing video, Gavin Verhey states that the card is pauper legal. (Exact time code for the statement is at 1:40.)
• MTGO considers the card to be legal for Eternal and Pauper games.

It's possible some of these sources were incorrect, but the combination of all of these sources suggests Cryptic Spires is intended to be legal in eternal and pauper formats, which would mean Gatherer's records here are incorrect.

The impact of this issue is that it is unclear where exactly Cryptic Spires is supposed to be legal.

Cryptic Spires is now marked legal in legacy, vintage, and commander.

It's not marked legal in Pauper though. We'll follow that up with Gavin to confirm what the correct answer is.
