September legalities are not updated: Standard is not rotated, Pauper cards aren't banned

Several legality changes happened in September:

• On September 9th, Dominaria United released and entered Standard and multiple other formats.
• Simultaneously, Standard was rotated and Zendikar Rising, Kaldheim, Strixhaven, and Adventures in the Forgotten Realms left the Standard format.
• On September 19th, a new B&R announcement banned four cards in pauper: https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/news/september-19-2022-banned-and-restricted-announcement

None of these changes have been reflected in Gatherer.

• ZNR, KHM, STX, and AFR are still marked as legal in standard but should not be.
• Dominaria United cards are still marked as not legal in any format, but should be legal in multiple formats.
• None of the banned pauper cards are reflected as such in Gatherer.

This data should have been updated the very same day these legality changes went into effect. It's been a month since DMU released and two weeks since the pauper bans.
