Many exclamation points missing in old flavor text

Many cards in Gatherer are missing exclamation points in their flavor text.

I believe a near-comprehensive list of cards is: all cards which have “!” in their flavor text and which were released in or before 2008 (except MED, ME2, UNH, DD1, and Null Rod (WTH)).
