This is a pull request for incorporating our (the student team's) work into the main GitHub repo for the Coffee Chats program.

Our changes are for implementing the front-end for the first-time Coffee Chat sign-up flow. That is, this would be the set of screens a graduate student would see after they have finished setting up their profile and are signing up for a round of Coffee Chats for the first time using our newly designed platform.
