Support for people who have conflicts with their supervisors/advisors (for students and staff). For example, a lot of people don't know Angie Lusk is SCS liaison or who they should go if there is a problem they are uncomfortable talking to their advisor about (or they are having a conflict with said advisor)

I feel that a lot of people may face similar or related conflicts; maybe we could consider opening up some sort of help column, or match people with others who have faced similar conflicts? MLD also has wellness network office hours, which are staffed by professors in the department.

There are a lot of departments doing something at their level, and even the task force was investigating the same thing. It would be interesting to see something be done on an SCS-level
