This PR aims to bring changes to the codebase to accommodate new contrasts/pathologies (and potentially model architecture changes to evaluate lifelong learning of the original of the contrast-agnostic model)

This turned out to be massive PR as the model was being continuously updated.

Resolves #109 #106
