Configs for cropped training #21

This draft PR includes config changes for adapting the configs created in #18 and #17 to use the cropped ROI SC dataset as prepared in #20. It also includes new experiments for using Adaptive Wing Loss and a smaller z-dim length for the 3D patches.

Changed the naming convention of the models as discussed in this Jamboard
Changed the data path to point to /duke/projects/ivadomed/contrast-agnostic-seg/data-multi-subject-test13 which is the final preprocessed version of the dataset (provided by Sandrine)
