DTI metrics files get overwritten #20

The name for DTI metrics is generic (eg: dti_FA.nii.gz), so it gets overwritten across chunks. We should add the chunk in the DTI file name.

Warning: when implementing the fix, we need to also update the check of the files done at the end of the batch processing script
