Add script package_for_correction.py as cli #46

Description

This PR adds the script from spinegeneric package_for_correction.py to package data for manual corrections. Refers to issue #43 workflow for manual correction.

The script was adapted for this project's needs. A CLI was added to setup.py for the script as uk_package_for_correction.
