This PR removes T2w flair processing in process_data.sh as discussed in #50 This PR includes:

All processing steps for T2w FLAIR images were removed from the script
output files were removed from FILES_TO_CHECK
PATH_GRADCORR_FILE=$2 was removed since it is used in `preprocess_data.sh, it should have been removed before
