Description

This PR adds two images to the exclude.yml list.

For sub-1029993_T1w.nii.gz we don't see C2-3:

For sub-1035680_T1w.nii.gz, we see C2-C3, but the data quality is bad arround it and we don't see enough slices below C2-C3 for cord CSA (can you confirm?)
