Remove ANTS in dependencies #64

Description

Since ANTS was only used for registration of the labeled segmentation of T1w to T2w and T2w was removed from the processing pipeline in https://github.com/sct-pipeline/ukbiobank-spinalcord-csa/pull/52, we can remove it from dependencies in README.md
