Adds gradient distorsion correction with Graduwrap from HCP : https://github.com/Washington-University/gradunwarp/tree/v1.2.0 to process_data.sh before segmentation.
Gradient distorsion is done with coeff.grad from Skyra at the Montreal Heart Institute
Modifies input parameter for contrast of segment_if_does_not_exist from "t2" to "t1" for T2 image segmentation.
