Excessive notification emails for failed series. #3387

Description

Last night overseer sent me over 600 emails in the space of about 8 minutes to notify me that a series had failed to import into Sonarr.

1.32.5

Steps to Reproduce

I have no idea how to reproduce this, it was the result of 'failing' to add a series to Sonarr, this was a series that was pending approval but had since been already added to Sonarr.
