Dont show existing or requested items #3553

Description

When looking for new series or films to request, it would be good to filter out items that have already been indexed or requested.

Desired Behavior

A new option on the Filters on the Series and Movies pages which hides all existing and requested items, so only items that dont exist in the library are displayed.

I don't need to "discover" already requested media. Please consider this.

+1 - would be nice to at least have the option to hide the already available (or requested) shows/movies (in CSS/JS if need be?).
