Watchlist sync bugging #3607

Description

So all of a sudden, the watchlist sync job started adding a ton of movies and series to request. In the log it says this is from userid 1 (me).

When I go to plex, I dont have any of those movies there. Also If i go in overseer GUI and show my watchlist there these does not show up.

I have no clue what has happened. I dont find any good logs either.

I have the same issue. Also, the server can't seem to connect to my Plex server anymore, though I cannot confirm it is related. Running Overseerr on Docker (1.33.2).

Edit: The failed login seem to be because I removed my authorized logins from Plex, which Overseerr was using.

Also, seems a lot of our automatically added requests are similar. I also got Kaptein Sabeltann, The Flash, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a #@%!, Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical and Togo.

Exactly the same happened to me. I suspected I was compromised, but could not find evidence of that through any of the service or OS logs. It happened 18:46 UTC on september 7th, with exactly the same movies mentioned above. Around 40-50 movies, and I confirmed they have never been in my Plex watchlist. I do however have a ton of connection requests in the logs to a Plexserver not on my private IP, they go all the way a week back. I checked Plex logs and I don't have any sign-ins on my acocunts either locally or remotely. Something weird is going on.
