Description

For me the issue described here somehow kind of re-appeared: https://github.com/sct/overseerr/issues/3378

Search is very slow and sometimes it throws an internal Server Error 500

Steps to Reproduce

Login to Overseer Search for Content Noticing that Search is very slow Sometimes it even throws an internal Server Error 500
