Shows being added to Sonarr without approval #3722

Description

I am running into this really strange issue in Overseerr and hopefully this bug can be fixed or someone can explain why on earth this is happening. The bug can be reproduced as follows:

  1. Have someone request a show(not admin, no auto search, requires approval, Black Mirror was one that this bug happened on)
  2. Download said show outside of Overseerr/Sonarr and add to Plex
  3. Overseerr will go haywire, throw a ton of errors, and crash while trying to add the show to Sonarr 50 times

Why could this be happening and can it be fixed? I oftentimes get things outside of Sonarr when people request them, but this kind of makes Overseerr a non-starter for me if it will constantly break if I download anything manually.
