Add an option to enable profile selector when requesting a media #3727

Description

Allow to enable/disable the profile selector, because with this I will be able to let non-admin user to select a profile, with this we will be able to have more personalization, for example use a low quality profile or another language profile...

This is a request because my parents normally ask for old movies, and they are only found as low quality

Desired Behavior

Show the profile selector if enable to non-admin user
