Allow to change the default server for each user to allow multiple languages #3730

Description

I'm trying to figure out a way to allow users to request a movie that is already available but not in their language. This would probably need to allow second requests on same movie to work.

Desired Behavior

Ideally, allowing to request a movie a second time when allowed in the permissions and also allowing to change the default server for another user. Because each server downloads in another language.
