Use Tautulli Friendly Name for Users #3759

Description

It would be nice to use the friendly name from Tautulli for users in Overseerr when available. I know I can add friendly names in Overseerr as well, but I'd prefer if I didn't have to do the naming twice, especially since some of my friends have cryptic emails.

Desired Behavior

When a Tautulli server is configured, use the "Friendly Name" from Tautulli (friendly_name, returned on many Tautulli API endpoints, such as get_user) as "Display Name" in Overseerr when available.

It would also be nice if name updates were propagated to Tautulli when edited in the Overseerr UI (should be possible through the edit_user API endpoint), but I understand if this is not implemented to keep Overseerr read only wrt. Tautulli.
