Sonarr / Radarr - Not Showing missing titles in Overseerr, Or if removing title Overseerr not showing it can be requested again. #3823

Description

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature needed. But if I already have a tv series / movie in Sonarr / Radarr, but it missing its not showing in Overseer. I would assume it would show in Overseerr as requested without a name (or with Admin as the requestor)

I would expect Overseerr to be in sync with plex, sonarr, radarr. If i manually added something in sonarr/radarr it would show in Overseerr. If I delete serier or movie from plex, sonarr, radarr. It would show in Overseerr that it can be requested again. (Does not seem to happen)

Also it would be nice if it would look at Exclusions lists for sonarr/ radarr and gray out the request option/ maybe replace with rejected or something, same for anything we reject within overseerr.

Steps to Reproduce

Connect Sonarr or Radarr with missing files and they do not show in overseerr that they are requested
