Changing email of Plex 'owner' causes log in issues

Description

I changed my plex owner email (on plex.tv) and at first it was inconvenient because the email's being sent from overseerr were to my old email, but once I logged out, it wouldn't let me log back in again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. set up a new overseerr instance
2. log in with your plex user as the 'owner'
3. change your email on the plex site
4. log out of overseerr
5. profit
