Titles no longer showing as available or in recently added #3929

Description

Everything used to work fine but now nothing that’s available is marked as such and same goes for recently added.

1.33.2

Steps to Reproduce

  1. add title
  2. doesn’t show recently added or available
  3. manually running jobs doesn’t work (i think it may mark then as available though)
  4. nothing in my system has changed
