integral_g: Move parsing and checking #4

In integral_g, move input parsing and checking to bottom as a private function. 
See Fred's example in brownmotion.m.

Yizhi seems to have worked out the code change.

Suggested steps: 

(Step 1) Check all doc tests and unit tests for integral_g
 successfully pass with the latest revision of integral_g.

(Step 2) Edit the ticket at by noting the code check-in date and/or version 
number. Change the "Status" from  "Accepted" to "Fixed" and assign back the 
ticket owner to me. I will verify and close the issue.
