funappx_g: Change range from [0,1] to [a,b] #8

funappx_g currently integrates on unit interval [0,1]. We want to extend it to 
a general interval [a,b]. The current APIs have to be extended with two 
additional type double parameters a and b with default values 0 and 1, 
respectively.

Suggested steps: 

(Step 1) Extend the code to handle a and b 

(Step 2) all doc tests and unit tests for FUNAPPX_G pass 

(Step 3) Add a new unit test or doc test for FUNAPPX_G that uses the new 
parameters a and b. 

(Step 4) Add documentation for this new interface 

(Step 5) Check in code. 

(Step 6) Edit this ticket by noting the code check-in date and/or version 
number. Change the "Status" from "Accepted" to "Fixed".
