I was installing the imdlbenco package on windows and noticed that the installation of jpegio failed: error: “command 'C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Visual Studio\\2022\Community\VC\\Tools\MSVC\ \14.42.34433\\bin\HostX86\x64\cl.exe' failed with exit code 2”. I would like to ask if the program can only be used and developed in a linux environment.
