TT Multisport: USB Error: USB error 12: Can't open device Bus 002 Device 018: #18

Hello, i have watches with strange behavior. They freez when i remove them from charging dock. When i got them from friend(he ask me to help), watch was freezed during reset - he propably remove them from dock when factory reset was in progress. When i connect them with your software, some error with reading watch time appears in powerShell window. After few minutes, put watches together, connect to dock and reboot starts automatically. After reboot, removing from dock - time shown and works(minutes changing), but watches freezed. No response when connect to TT Sports Connect. When i try to connect watch with your software i get error: ERROR: USB Error: USB error 12: Can't open device Bus 002 Device 018: ID 1390:7474: Operation not supported or unimplemented on this platform. I tried it multiple times with same result. Can you give me some idea what to do? Or where can be a problem? Thanks a lot. Jakub PS.: I have also another TT Multisport, with also strange problem:D It seems that they use/don´t turn off/can´t turn off the GPS modul in plain watch mode. Battery is drain after 6hours in running mode and also in plain watch mode. In stopwatch mode batery last min 2 days. I tried battery from friend Mutlisports and the same result. Some idea here? I also try 2 firmware downgrades using your soft and no change.

My fault - i forgot to change usb driver for new watch via zadig.
