Running Cadence

First of all I would like to thank you for the version with the option to send training to the watch, I am using this part a lot, because as I run I need this part in training. When I still had the TomTom app, when carrying out a running activity, it would show several statistics, including one that is very important for running, the "cadence" i.e. how many steps per minute on average you had in the activity. In your application we have a summary of the activity with some statistics, but we don't have that cadence, it would be like in Will future versions include such information?

I could have a look at it. I don't think the info is in the Summary files as you suggest. It must be in the trackfile somewhere. The trackfile contains a summary record of 18 bytes of which I only decode 12 bytes. Perhaps it is in the remaining 6 bytes. What I need is the ttbin file with a known value for steps cadence. Could you send me the ttbin that belongs to the screenshot above? Since TomTom is down, I cannot use one of my own...

Solved. Steps are counted with each GPS coordinate. So summing all the steps results in the steps, dividing it by the track duration results in the pace. Written to the GPX at the end of the file: u-gotMe:steps resp u-gotMe:pace_permin

Let me see if I understand, with this version you sent me, if I was doing an activity I would already have to have the cadence information in the GPX file? Because I just did a test here and no step information appeared in the GPX file exported with the version you sent me.
