I don't know how to set up switchy #234

I followed the instructions in this page:

but they are not clear enough for me.

I don't know how to set up the Anonymous and Work Proxy. I don't know what to 
write in HTTP Proxy. I just copied the configuration that I saw in the 
pictures. I didn't see IP servers from any country. 

Could somebody help me?
