Code clean up + pylint cleanup

• Removed some logic from main.py into its own file
• Restructure some of the logic in main.py
• Removed calling of notifications from alarm event history class into top level main.py
• Restructured event sent into email notifications to simplify having a single event hash that is passed around to different parts of the code
