Skip notification for auto arm/disarm events #32

For alarm-ctl auto-arm, and auto-disarm commands, added the ability to skip sending notifications for these events. If a user is triggering auto-arm/auto-disarm on a regular basis, e.g. every evening, then the notifications can get noisy.
