We can get info on what's in annotation hub via a table at:
https://annotationhub.bioconductor.org/metadata/annotationhub.sqlite3
We can tell whether that database needs to be re-downloaded by getting the last update time: https://annotationhub.bioconductor.org/metadata/database_timestamp
I think we can also do this by http request to something under: https://annotationhub.bioconductor.org
