Here is a code of conduct. It's pretty much exactly the contributors covenant v2.1 at the moment.

I also prefer the wording from 1.4 in a few places to 2.1. But also think it's nice to have clear systems in place for if an issue arises. Probably the heat of the moment isn't a great time to decide on systems for these things.

Also, vote in favor of merging was unanimous among core team.
