Bioinformatic flow cytometry data analysis is traditionally carried out in R. The pytometry package should provide a tutorial to demonstrate interoperability with R based analysis tools like Seurat and CATALYST.

Maybe this can benefit from AnnDataR. I heard Robrecht got the funding to move this forward.
