Add a glossary in the docs #782

Some terms are quite complex, it could be nice to have a page in the docs with a small explanation of every word. @ckmah @lopollar We can call this section either "Glossary" or "Terms and Definitions".

This is a non-exhaustive list of words we could explain:

raster / rasterize
vector / vectorize
NGFF
zarr / zarr-store
spatial query
IO
aggregation
