Hi, thanks for developing this useful tool. I was wondering if I could convert spatial seurat dataset(e.g., 10X Visium) to anndata. Thanks in advance ! ...

hi @SNOL2 unfortunately this is not in scope for squidpy, it could be for spatialdata but it would require a significant effort that I don't think is planned anytime soon
