first sample solution and random case generator for poker hands #53

New "Poker Hand" exercise for challenge 3. Added a relatively obfuscated solution (from the exercise example page) and random test case generator. Pushing this so we have a quick implementation we can test. Will work now on doing a new solution that is easier to read.

closes #23 de-obfuscated the code for the solution to make it more readable.
