Technical details of the data process (most can be pushed out to an SOM document), link up to GIScience agenda on data models, VGI, linkages to scientific questions and specific hypotheses. Transportation Geography linkage.

This should start out as an approximately 10 page paper which can be reviewed by Goodchild et al as part of the 275 course.
