Ref:- PATH_FHIR_00013 - Use of 'has-member' Related Type in Observation Profile #23

The Pathology Implementation Guidance does not describe use of the 'has-member' related type for Test Groups (GP Connect Implementation Guidance does though). Example messages that include test groups are also missing 'has-member' type values.
